Biography
Danielle Edge is a Lecturer in Children’s Nursing at the University of Plymouth and a PhD student. Her research focuses on children’s experiences of urgent care and how children’s voices and rights are recognised in everyday healthcare practice. She is developing a critical ethnographic study, including observation and child-friendly approaches, and is committed to Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE). Her work aims to support meaningful, child-centred improvements in urgent care services.
