We are committed to involving patients, service users, carers and family members in our research. Our Patient and Public Involvement Team support our researchers and students to embed meaningful involvement into everything we do.

Training and Capacity Building

We provide a range of training opportunities to develop skills in understanding and producing evidence, and putting evidence into practice. Our programme of interactive courses is open to health and care professionals across the South West.

Our research projects are themed around six research areas:
