Biography
Greer is the Operations Director for the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration for the South West Peninsula (PenARC). PenARC’s role is to increase the quantity and quality of patient focused research; facilitating the use of research evidence to improve services and increase the capacity of the local health economy to use and generate research evidence.
Greer holds overall responsibility for the operational delivery of the PenARC research programme and is a key relationship manager across the entire collaboration, directly responsible for outcome delivery, priority setting and financial management of the £15 million budget.
