Please note that the clinics are intended specifically to address systematic review related queries. It may be worth considering whether this is the most appropriate route for your enquiry.
Clinic appointments are often in high demand, with some people having to wait several weeks to attend. If you are not planning to do a systematic review, waiting for an appointment slot may not be the best use of your time. Please see our FAQs for information on where to find help with your literature search.
COVID-19 update: As a result of the pandemic, all PenARC staff are currently working remotely. While this continues we will try to offer virtual clinic appointments via either Zoom or Microsoft Teams for all future dates until further notice. However, we may occasionally need to postpone or cancel appointments should an online connection not be feasible.
We will normally circulate Individual calendar appointments with joining instructions 1-2 days prior to the clinic.
How to book:
Please book using the relevant Eventbrite link below for the date you require.
Where possible, appointments will remain bookable until 48 hours before the clinic begins, although we will sometimes need to close the booking system earlier.
Fair usage policy:
- In order to allow us to answer as many requests as possible in the allocated time, you may book a maximum of 2 appointment slots per clinic. We will decline any extra bookings made for the same clinic by or on behalf of the same person. Please only book a double appointment if you need advice from both a reviewer and an information specialist. You may book follow-up appointments at future clinics.
- If you make an appointment and later find that you cannot attend, please inform us as soon as possible in order to free up the space for others. Alternatively, you may cancel your appointment on Eventbrite if you have an account. We may bar serial non-attenders from future clinics.
