I started working for the University of Exeter in 2012 and joined PenARC in 2014 after working in HR Services and for the University of Exeter Medical School as Athena SWAN Project Officer. I have an MA in Social Work from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter. As a Research Manager for PenARC I work with academic and clinical staff in the design, development and implementation of projects. This involves support throughout the lifecycle of the project including funding proposals, budgeting, finance, resources, collaboration, communications and recruitment.
