Biography

Lorna has nearly 20 years of experience delivering specialist information services across the health, legal and public sectors. Within the health sector, she has worked within primary care, mental health, the policy arm of public health, and now works for the University of Plymouth Faculty of Health.

Lorna is experienced in providing a wide range of search expertise; from in-depth comprehensive searches, to rapidly returned evidence-based summaries in response to urgent queries from the clinical interface. She has supported numerous project teams and assisted with systematic reviews. Support of research projects ranges from undertaking literature searches of both published and unpublished material, managing references, screening and data extraction.
